Due to an issue with the sprinkler at our Beacon St. location, all in-office appointments are cancelled and are rescheduled to take place via telehealth, if possible.
Community-based appointments (offsite) will not be disrupted and are expected to take place as scheduled.
We anticipate having the issue remedied quickly, and the building reopening this Friday, January 13th.

The Highland St., Plymouth location remains open with regular operations.
Our pharmacy partner, Genoa, will be shifting operations: once they have arrived, patients needing to pick up a prescription may call 603-556-8477 to let a pharmacy employee know you are there. They will bring your prescription out to you.
