Housing Programs

Housing Bridge
Subsidy Program

A state-funded housing subsidy program through the Department of Health & Human Services. LRMHC manages the Bridge Program for the Belknap and lower Grafton counties, and provides housing services for individuals who meet the criteria of the program to obtain and maintain independent housing in the community.

Integrative Housing
Voucher Program

A state-funded housing voucher program through the Department of Health and Human Services. LRMHC manages the Integrative Program statewide, and provides housing specialist services for individuals whom have criminal histories that would otherwise disqualify their ability to obtain housing services through traditional housing programs.
