Katie Allen

Nursing Coordinator

Katie Allen is the Nursing Coordinator at LRMHC. Prior to joining the LRMHC team in 2017, Katie began her 10+-year nursing career in long-term care at Genesis Rehabilitation Center caring for patients on ventilators, then went on to become their Nurse Practice Educator and Infection Control Specialist. 

Katie received her education at St. Anselm College and Lakes Region Community College.

Katie is a passionate advocate for patients and reducing stigma surrounding mental health. She resides in Northfield, and enjoys spending free time cooking and listening to classical music.

Lakes Region Mental Health Center provides comprehensive, integrated mental health treatment for people living with – and recovering from – mental illness and/or emotional distress.
