Nicole Fitts

Integrative Program Lead

Nicole Fitts is the LRMHC Integrative Program Lead of the LRMHC Residential Services Program. She has two years of experience in mental health, residential services, and affordable housing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Nicole’s prior work experience includes Lakes Region General Hospital and retail customer service.

Nicole is passionate about supporting and empowering others to reach their goals, and advocating for their needs. Nicole strives to create a positive environment around herself and others.

Nicole enjoys spending time in her Gilford home with her family, and recently starting cooking with her son. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to audio books, and loves a good podcast! She loves to laugh, watching or going to a comedy shows, and listening to live music. When cold weather comes, you can find Nicole crocheting while watching a good documentary.
