Assertive Community Treatment Coordinator

Rachel Sicari joined LRMHC in 2020 and is currently the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Coordinator. Rachel has over 10 years of experience in human services and counseling. Prior to joining the staff of LRMHC, Rachel worked at Community Partners in Rochester, The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, and DCYF.

Rachel has been trained since 2021 in the specialty treatment of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  Rachel is passionate about providing trauma-informed treatment, supporting people who experience psychosis, and advocating for and treating vulnerable populations.

Rachel earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Argosy University in 2014, and her Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing at Chester College of New England in 2005.

Rachel lives in Rochester and enjoys spending her free time writing, reading, and learning about psychology and spirituality. She loves being a mother, and also listening to music and attending live concerts.
