Kristy Pearce

Emergency Service Clinician

Kristy Pearce has worked for Lakes Region Mental Health Center since 2020, where she started as an Emergency Service Clinician. Prior to joining Lakes Region Mental Health Center, she worked in various areas of social services- as a case manager in a school system, a residential coordinator for an affordable housing agency, a case manager and a therapist for a Federally Qualified Health Center, an in-home therapist and case manager for court involved families, and within a residential youth center.

Kristy earned her Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire. In her role as Assistant Director for Acute Services, Kristy engages with community stakeholders such as local law enforcement, Ffirst responders, schools, and other community agencies on a regular basis to inform and educate them about the program. Kristy also trains internal staff on the Emergency Service and Mobile Crisis Programs, as well as Crisis Prevention Interventions.

Kristy resides in the Tilton/Northfield area where she was raised, and is the daughter of a local business owner. Community involvement and giving back are qualities that engrained in her, and she brings them both to her work life and personal life. Outside of work, she is a member of Every Child is Ours, a nonprofit for students within the Winnisquam School District that provides bags of food for children in need, as well as the secretary for the Webster Lake Ice Fishing Derby. Kristy also enjoys helping the Tilton/Northfield Rotary Club.

When not busy working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her family. She has taken time to travel across the country to support her 15-year-old sister in her equestrian endeavors, where she competes nationally at show jumping. Kristy also enjoys travelling with family and friends. Kristy is a proud aunt to two nieces who live in Sanbornton and a proud cat mom as well.
