Chelsea Lemke
Director of Quality, Compliance, and Electronic Medical Records
Chelsea Lemke joined Lakes Region Mental Health Center in 2012, and is currently the Director of Substance Use Services. Chelsea is a licensed social worker and substance use counselor whose work addresses the complicated intersection of mental health and substance use.
In 2018, Chelsea was chosen as the New Hampshire Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselors Association (NHADACA) Counselor of the Year. She serves as a clinical licensure supervisor for clinicians working to obtain both mental health and substance counselor licensure in the state of New Hampshire. Chelsea also oversees Peer Support services at LRMHC including Certified Peer Specialists and Certified Recovery Support Workers.
Chelsea is passionate about her work to expand treatment access for individuals in the Lakes Region experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and as an advocate for the voice of people in recovery. In the treatment field she also serves on the Board of Directors for Navigating Recovery of the Lakes Region.
She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in psychology from St. Lawrence University and her Masters in Social Work from Boston College.
Chelsea grew up in the Lakes Region and is proud to be working in this region to help strengthen our community. In her free time, Chelsea likes to bake, do DIY projects and spend time at the lake with her family.
