Sue Drolet
Chief Human Resources Officer
Sue Drolet has worked in Human Resources (HR) for over 30 years. Prior to joining Lakes Region Mental Health Center in 2012, she held various human resources positions; including those at FedEx Home Delivery, as well, as over 14 years in telecommunications.
She is a graduate of Southern NH University where she received a graduate certificate in Human Resources, as well as, an undergrad degree from the University of New Hampshire.
Sue spent six and a half years in the Army National Guard achieving the rank of 1st Lieutenant. During her basic training and officer basic course, she graduated as the number one graduate. While serving, she earned her “Jump Wings”, making five jumps during three weeks of paratrooper training. She also earned her tractor trailer driver’s license.
Sue is a resident of Barnstead and in her free time, enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking and is into dog sports, primarily agility where she competes with her dog often.
